Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We will always try to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Orders can take up to 72 hours to get processed. Monday to Thursday. *

We are a small business run by two mums and we do appreciate your patience on this area. We are working as safely and as effectively as possible. 

 You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. 

 If you order after 4pm Thursday then your order will be shipped on the following Monday.

  • Please note during busy times such as collection launches, Christmas etc. orders will take slightly longer to process.

Shipping will usually be provided by DHL or AN POST. This will be via signed and tracked service. Or tracked only 

For Ireland and Northern Ireland your order will usually arrive within 2-3 working days after you receive shipping confirmation. 

For shipment to other countries please email us as we are currently working on ad-hoc basis for international shipping given covid restrictions and inflated freight costs. All applicable import duties are to be paid by the customer upon receipt.

Please ensure you provide a valid email address and telephone number when you place your order – we may need this information to contact you should any issues arise that could affect delivery time.

 

RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Returned items must be in their original condition and returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned items must be unused, with all labels intact and in original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will have to send it back to you at your cost 

When returning or exchanging items, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We cover the shipping costs for faulty products only.

Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s card excluding shipping costs and processed within 30 days on receipt of returned item(s).


FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

All items must be checked upon receipt of delivery. If there are any breakages, defects or discrepancies you must notify us within 24 hours. We are unable to replace or refund any items if we are not notified within this time frame.

If returning a faulty product please email info@littleangelrose within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. When emailing please include a photo of the damage/fault.

When posting your item back you must obtain proof of postage of your return. Items only become our responsibility once they are returned and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. 

Returned goods will be exchanged or refunded

We recommend you send your return tracked, as we are not liable for any loss in transit.

We check every item before dispatch but if you are unhappy with anything you receive, please do email us immediately and let us know.

TRADE DESCRIPTION 

We have made every effort to ensure photography, description and details are correct and accurate. However, slight differences in colour and texture may occur and manufacturers’ specifications may change slightly after going to press. Please note all measurements are approximate and that due to the handmade nature of our products, colour, size and shape variations can occur. 

STOCK AVAILABILITY

In the unlikely event that something that has been ordered is out of stock we will part–ship and give you the option of a refund/exchange on the outstanding item/items.
